    To make my own body I had to eat healthy, whole foods… and exercise. Of course there were specific guidelines around both of these, but the idea is actually pretty simple. No MASS GAINER 3000X, or Ripped Freak pills. Lots of oatmeal, blueberries, chicken. Nothing too complex.
